The Canadian Association of University Research Parks / Association Canadienne des Parcs de Recherches d’Université (AURP Canada), is a non-profit corporation. AURP Canada is recognized as the Canadian Chapter of the Association of University Research Parks (AURP), a non-profit corporation, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Tucson, Arizona.
AURP Canada’s primary membership will consist of planned and operating research parks within Canada. A variety of university, governmental, not-for-profit and private organizations interested in the development and operation of technology projects and programs comprise the balance of AURP Canada’s membership. Associate memberships are available to suppliers of goods and services to university research parks.
The role of the Association is to represent the members and advocate the position of the organization before administrative tribunals, municipal governments, provincial ministries, federal departments, and their agencies.
